Return Period
Customers have a return window of 30 days from the date of receiving their goods as indicated by the associated tracking information. All returns are required to be in their original packaging.

Our company does not impose any restocking fees, and we cover the initial cost of shipping the item to you. However, you are responsible for the return shipping expenses, unless the return is due to our fault, such as a product defect or shipping damage.

Replacement Parts
Hyggeful provides complimentary shipping for replacement parts for up to 365 days (1 year) following the product's receipt. After 365 days (1 year), customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with replacement parts.
