Note: For any concerns regarding delayed deliveries beyond the estimated timeframe, please get in touch with our customer service team promptly. Claims made after 30 days from the delivery period will not be considered valid.

Coverage Details:

  • Within 30 Days: If any issues arise within 30 days of delivery, we offer a hassle-free replacement along with complimentary shipping.

  • After 30 Days: For issues reported after the initial 30-day period, we provide the necessary part free of charge. However, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Replacement Instructions and Support:

For detailed instructions on replacing specific parts, refer to our comprehensive replacement information form. Alternatively, our dedicated team is available to provide guidance and assistance.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

Please note that our warranty does not extend to general wear and tear, encompassing damages that may occur naturally over time due to various factors. These include:

  • Leather or Mesh Aging: Wrinkling or cracking due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or the use of certain cleaning chemicals.

Warranty Policy

  • Valid for Original Purchaser: Our warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

  • Honest Assessment and Resolution: Should you encounter any issues covered by our warranty, our commitment is to provide an honest assessment. We'll diagnose the issue and, if needed, repair or replace any part at no charge, aiming to rectify defects related to materials or workmanship.

Defining Defects: Defects refer to mechanical problems that impede the product's intended functionality as designed for customer use.

If a manufacturer error is determined as the cause of the failure, we will proceed with repairing or replacing the faulty part, maintaining our commitment to your satisfaction.

However, please note that misuse or abuse of the product will render the warranty claim invalid. The following instances are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: As products age, normal wear and tear are expected and not covered by the warranty.

In cases where the warranty claim falls under the exceptions listed above, expenses related to labor, assembly, replacements, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
